3:30 pm: Meet Chef Josh Brown at the Farmers Market, and receive your shopping assignment:
We are in charge of picking up the ingredients he will use in creating our feast.

3:30 to 4:30 pm: Explore the market under the expert guidance of Laurence Hauben,
leader of Slow Food Santa Barbara. Choose the surprise items we will bring back to Chef Josh for an “Iron Chef” twist.

4:30 pm: Take part in a private chocolate tasting at Chocolate Maya,
Santa Barbara’s new world-class Chocolatier.

6:00 pm: Enjoy a multi-course Wine Country Cuisine dinner prepared especially for us
and paired with fine local wines by Bouchon owner Mitchell Sjerven.
