Saturday Forays

Saturday Forays are ongoing, happening almost every week.
March 6th
We begin at 8:00 am at the Santa Barbara harbor, proceed to the Farmers Market,
then cook and enjoy a seasonal feast together. We are generally done around 3:30 pm.
This is a hands-on class, accessible to all levels of cooking knowledge.
Cost: $145 per person

Tuesday Forays

Like the Saturday groups, Tuesday Classes are hands-on. We meet at the Farmers Market at 2:30 pm to shop for fresh seasonal ingredients, stop by gourmet shops, and prepare a wonderful dinner that we enjoy together.
Next available dates: March 9th, March 16th
Cost: $145 per person.

Jam Sessions
Blenheim Apricots

We begin at a local farm, picking ripe fruit and berries from the fields.
Then we go and make delicious jam together.
You leave with a jar of preserves and
the knowledge of how to make more any time you want.
Cost: $65 per person
